Thanks for joining us here.  Welcome!  Having the option to use a drop-down menu in the description field of your forms would be a great time saver.  However, this isn't something that's currently available in QuickBooks Desktop.  If you'd like to see this available in upcoming feature updates, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team by going to > Help > Send Feedback Online.  Customer recommendations are greatly appreciated to enhance your overall experience with QuickBooks.
