They have specialized tools to securely access  your account to have this error safely checked, investigate the root cause,  and be guided with the next steps.

 

When contacting them, please let them know the troubleshooting steps you already performed for direct assistance.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Mobile app.
  2. Go to the Menu.
  3. Head to the Help (?) icon in the top right of the screen.
  4. Tap Articles and support, then Contact Us option below. If you do not see this option, type Contact Us in the Search bar to make it appear.
  5. Choose Callback.
