QuickBooks Desktop keeps a list of all emails that were sent from QuickBooks. Here's how to access it:
- Go to the Customer Center.
- Select the name of the customer and click on it.
- Under the Customer Information section, then proceed to the Sent Email tab.
- Double-click on each invoice to open the transaction.
