QuickBooks Desktop keeps a list of all emails that were sent from QuickBooks. Here's how to access it:

 

  1. Go to the Customer Center.
  2. Select the name of the customer and click on it.
  3. Under the Customer Information section, then proceed to the Sent Email tab.
  4. Double-click on each invoice to open the transaction.
