Printing a paid order to a supplier is possible in QuickBooks Online. I'll be happy to share the steps with you.

1. Navigate to Get Paid & Pay and select Suppliers (Take me there).
2. Locate and select your preferred supplier.
3. Select the Filter ▼ dropdown and select the transaction.
4. Click the Printer icon to print the supplier transactions.
