Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Todo. I can see urgency about the inability to delete a payment method associated with your subscription, so let me share some information regarding this matter.


Since we're talking about subscription, please know that you cannot delete the payment method directly. Instead, you can easily update it to the correct card in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To do that, here's how: 
 

  1. Log in to your QBO account as a primary admin.
  2. Click on the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Locate your payment method and click Edit.
  4. Select your desired payment method and enter the required details.
  5. Once you’ve made your updates, hit Save.
