I appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns, @yaqiyy2515. I recommend contacting our Live Support team directly to further check your account. They can also review your billing history, cancel your subscription, and discuss the refund process.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.

 

Our live support team is available Monday to Friday, 6 AM–6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM–3 PM PT.
