For instance, a new account will generally load faster than one with a high volume of transactions and stock items.

I recommend checking the following steps below to isolate the situation encountered.

• Clear cache on your browser
• Restart computer/device 
• Unplug and re-plug your WIFI connection for 20 seconds or more.
• Use a different computer or device to see if the behavior is the same or not.
