We aim for the most frequently accessed pages to load within 10 seconds, but performance may fluctuate depending on data volume. For instance, a new account will generally load faster than one with a high volume of transactions and stock items.
I recommend checking the following steps below to isolate the situation encountered.
- Clear cache on your browser
- Restart computer/device
- Unplug and re-plug your WIFI connection for 20 seconds or more.
- Use a different computer or device to see if the behavior is the same or not.
