Our team received some report in regards of previewing and printing the checks. Our engineering team is working to get this fixed. 

 

I would suggest to contact our phone support so your company details will be added to the list of those affected account. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the ? (Help) icon on the task bar.
  2. Hit the Contact us button.
  3. On the How can we help field, you might want to enter When clicking the preview and print check button, nothing happen.
  4. And then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way you'll want to contact us.
  6. Continue with the prompt.
