I would suggest to contact our phone support so your company details will be added to the list of those affected account.
Here's how:
- Click the ? (Help) icon on the task bar.
- Hit the Contact us button.
- On the How can we help field, you might want to enter When clicking the preview and print check button, nothing happen.
- And then click Continue.
- Choose a way you'll want to contact us.
- Continue with the prompt.
