To resolve the said issue about the multi-user errors, let's ensure to update the product to its latest release. The program will work with multi-user if you're using QuickBooks Desktop 2022 R3.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team to check your account further.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Proceed to Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
