I recommend doing test prints on plain paper, then make adjustments and print again. Here's an article to ensure your W-2 prints correctly.

Here's how you print your tax forms:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section, select the Annual Forms link.
3. Choose either All Employees or a specific employee name from the drop-down menu provided.
4. Pick the W-2, Copies B, C & 2 link. It takes you to the Printable Employee Copies: Form W-2 page.
5. Put the appropriate period from the drop-down menu.
6. Hit View to launch Adobe Reader in a new window.
7. Click the print icon on the Reader toolbar, then Print again.
