I'm here to ensure that you can update your employee's email.

 

Let's delete your employee's profile and create it again providing the correct email address.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select Employee Center.
  2. Right-click on the name of the employee. If the employee isn't on the list, select All employees from the Active Employees dropdown.
  3. Select Delete Employee.
  4. Select OK to confirm.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up the employee's account and help change the email.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter "Unable to resend Workforce invitation" in the description field, then click Continue.
  5. Select either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
