This can be an issue with your employee's browser. You can ask them to try accessing the Workforce using a private browser. This is a good place to start the troubleshooting since this type of browser doesn't store cache
If it works on their end, ask them to clear the cache of their regular browser. This will delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. Also, they can use other supported browsers to better isolate the possibility of a browser-related issue.
In the meantime, you might want to email/print your employees a copy of their W2s.
Here's how:
Go to the Payroll Tax Center.
To email the W-2, choose File, then Send. Once done, click Page by Email.
