Before that, you'll need to assure that your QuickBooks is updated to the latest release and your computer is connected to the printer and that the printer software is installed. Then, follow the steps below.

First, you'll have to your printer if this can print outside of QuickBooks, Here's how:

1. Choose Start and browse to Notepad.
2. Enter some text and choose File. Then, Print.
3. Select the correct printer and click Print.

If that didn't work, please follow the steps below.

1. Turn off the printer, restart your computer. Then, turn the printer back on. Make sure the printer paper is loaded correctly.
2. Choose the Windows Start button and browse to the Control Panel. Then, double-click Printers and Faxes.
3. If the printer shows Offline, right-click the printer and click Use Printer Online.
4. Double-click the printer and if there are print jobs displayed in the queue, choose Printer and Cancel All Documents.
5. Close the window. Then, right-click the printer and choose Properties. Then, select Print Test Page. Note: If the printer is a network printer and the test page does not print, network issues could be the cause.
