I can help you generate the form without entering the EIN on the 1099 page in QuickBooks Online.
Let's ensure that the EIN is already entered in the company information so it will automatically flow. With that, you don't need to re-enter it.

- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
- Choose Company and type the exact EIN that is found on tax notices or letters from the IRS.
- Tap Save, then Done.
