The ability to truncate Social Security numbers (SSNs) is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). When processed, QuickBooks automatically generates the Social Security information. Allow me to explain further.

1. Select the Help option.
2. Choose the Send Feedback Online option.
3. Click the Product Suggestion option, then a pop-up window displays.
4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
5. Once done, hit the Send Feedback button.
