To help you get updated on the matter, we suggest contacting our QBDT support team. They can add you to the list of affected users and notify you via email once the issue is resolved.

Here’s how:

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief explanation of your issue, then select Continue.
5. Sign in to your Intuit account, click Continue, and then Continue with my account.
6. We'll email you a single-use code. Type in your code and select Continue. If you have more than one account, pick the account you want to use and then Continue.
7. Choose to either chat with us or Have us call you.
