In your situation, I recommend contact our Customer Support Team again to see if there's an update on your case or if there's some more troubleshooting you can do with them. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question/problem. 
  4. Tap Get a callback after scrolling down.
