Thanks for giving the Community details on importing your data. Allow me to point you in the right direction. 

 

Since the your reports are not matching up, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to see why this is happening. Here's how in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give a brief description of the problem and tap Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and select to Get a callback
