Since the your reports are not matching up, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to see why this is happening. Here's how in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Give a brief description of the problem and tap Let's talk.
- Scroll down and select to Get a callback.
