Hello there, @kimniemi.

You'll want to set up your account for online banking or Bank Feeds in single-user or multi-user mode to manage your bills and bank transactions in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. From the Banking menu, go to Banking, then Set up Bank Feeds.
  2. Enter, your Bank’s name field, and select the name of your bank.
  3. Connect your bank.
  4. Select existing or Create new ▼ drop-down and find the QuickBooks account you want to link to your bank account.
  5. If you haven't set up your bank account, select Create New Account.
  6. Select Connect, then Close.

Then, we can use Web connect(.QBO) to download the transactions so they become available in your Bank Feeds. For more information, kindly click this article: Import web connect (.qbo) files.

You can read out this article that covers basic information about Bank Feeds: Get started with Bank Feeds for QuickBooks Desktop.

Also, I'm adding our Help Articles it provides tips on how to manage your account in QuickBooks.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns. I'll be right back to you. Take good care.
