You'll want to set up your account for online banking or Bank Feeds in single-user or multi-user mode to manage your bills and bank transactions in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- From the Banking menu, go to Banking, then Set up Bank Feeds.
- Enter, your Bank’s name field, and select the name of your bank.
- Connect your bank.
- Select existing or Create new ▼ drop-down and find the QuickBooks account you want to link to your bank account.
- If you haven't set up your bank account, select Create New Account.
- Select Connect, then Close.
Then, we can use Web connect(.QBO) to download the transactions so they become available in your Bank Feeds. For more information, kindly click this article: Import web connect (.qbo) files.
