Hello there, erdooley,

There might be an error on the name list. You can resolve this by creating a dummy account and merging it with the existing AMEX account.

Here's how:

  1. Select Lists on the menu.
  2. Click Chart of Accounts.
  3. Select the Account drop-down at the bottom, then choose New to create a new account.
  4. Select an account type, then Continue.
  5. Enter the account details.
  6. Save and close.

Merge account:

  1. Right-click the name of the account that you would like to merge, then select Edit Account.
  2. Replace the account name with the one you took note of or copied, then select Save & Close.
  3. A prompt will appear, select Yes to merge the account.

Then, go back to the import transaction process.
