Hi accaccounting,

 

The option to add a class to a specific customer or job is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. You can only add classes to transactions.

 

However, you could consider adding a customer type by following these steps: 

  1. In the Desktop version, go to the customer's profile.
  2. Select the Additional Info tab.
  3. Enter or add a customer type.
  4. Click on OK once you're done.
