Allow me to chime in and share some information about Paypal transactions in different currencies. 
 

David WC is correct. QuickBooks Online doesn't support multi-currency in PayPal feeds, which can lead to transactions being recorded in the default currency.

As a workaround,  you'll have to exclude the transactions, then manually clear them in your Chart of Accounts. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Accounting menu.
2. Select Chart of Accounts.
3. Find the account holding the transaction, then select View register. 
4. Select the appropriate transaction to expand the view.
5. Review the checkmark column.
6. Keep selecting the box until it shows the letter C.
7. Click Save, then close the account register.
