Allow me to chime in and share some information about Paypal transactions in different currencies.
David WC is correct. QuickBooks Online doesn't support multi-currency in PayPal feeds, which can lead to transactions being recorded in the default currency.
As a workaround, you'll have to exclude the transactions, then manually clear them in your Chart of Accounts. Here's how:
- Go to the Accounting menu.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Find the account holding the transaction, then select View register.
- Select the appropriate transaction to expand the view.
- Review the checkmark column.
- Keep selecting the box until it shows the letter C.
- Click Save, then close the account register.
