Since the issue about TSB bank persists, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Support. They have the extra tools that can help conduct a thorough investigation to come up with a fix.

 

To contact them, here's how:

  1. Click on Help and select Contact us.
  2. In the description field, enter your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Choose Start a chat.
