QBO UK:

1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
2. Choose the Contact Us button, or click the Search tab and then Contact Us.
3. Type something like simplified expense method inquiry in the What can we help you with box.
4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
5. Select the Start messaging option.

QBSE UK:

1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
2. Ask general questions like "simplified expense method inquiry" or "talk to an agent".
