Hi Toastman-

 

Without looking at the account, I can't determine why there is a disruption in your bank feeds from Chase. Please let me know a few items:

  • How are you accessing QuickBooks Online, a browser, a mobile app? 
    • If you are using a browser, which browser? 
  • Have you tried selecting Update on the Banking tab? 
    • If so, when the bank updates, are you seeing any error codes appear?

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
