You can manage multiple companies within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, but a separate subscription is needed to accurately manage each company.
For details on how to subscribe, you can follow these steps:
- Go to this link in your web browser: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
- Select your country.
- Choose the appropriate product.
- Select Start Free Trial or Buy Now.
- On the next screen, you’ll get the option to either continue to create a free trial or buy now for a discounted price.
- Since you already have an account with Intuit, select Add another company.
- Enter your Email Address (User ID) and Password.
- Choose Add new company.

Once your account is set up, you can seamlessly switch between companies.
