Hello there,

 

You can manage multiple companies within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, but a separate subscription is needed to accurately manage each company.

 

For details on how to subscribe, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to this link in your web browser: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Select your country.
  3. Choose the appropriate product. 
  4. Select Start Free Trial or Buy Now.
  5. On the next screen, you’ll get the option to either continue to create a free trial or buy now for a discounted price.
  6. Since you already have an account with Intuit, select Add another company.
  7. Enter your Email Address (User ID) and Password.
  8. Choose Add new company.

Once your account is set up, you can seamlessly switch between companies.
