As per the status of the investigation about the 103 error you're getting when linking your Venmo account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), it is still in progress. 

 

I know it's been a while, but rest assured our engineers are prioritizing in resolving this issue to get you back on track as soon as possible. If you haven't contacted our Customer Care Team, I suggest getting in touch with them and provide the ticket number INV-93253. They can add you to our notification list and keep you updated on the progress of the investigation.
