Hello there, @tojoproperties.

I understand the importance of downloading trips in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to help you fix this.

Beforehand, may I know what is the file format you're trying to download? Thus, downloading the trip needs to be in a CSV format.

We can download the trips using an incognito or other browser. Here's how.

  1. Log in to your account using a different browser.
  2. Go to Expenses, then click Mileage.
  3. Choose the drop-down arrow next to Add Trip.
  4. Hit Download trips.

Additionally, let me share this article to help manage mileage in QuickBooks:

Keep me posted if you have further concerns with your mileage. I'll be around to help always. Take care!
