Beforehand, may I know what is the file format you're trying to download? Thus, downloading the trip needs to be in a CSV format.
We can download the trips using an incognito or other browser. Here's how.
- Log in to your account using a different browser.
- Go to Expenses, then click Mileage.
- Choose the drop-down arrow next to Add Trip.
- Hit Download trips.
