As of now, the investigation for the aforementioned problem is still in progress. Rest assured, our developers are working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. If you haven't already, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team. By doing this, they can include your account on the list of those who are affected.

 

Here are the steps to reach support: (Note the business hours to ensure experts are available for assistance.)

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?).
  3. Choose either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get fast responses. Pick a suggested option, or enter your concern. If you need further help, click on Talk to a human.
  • Search: Browse the QBO knowledge base directly, or hit Contact Us and select a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat 
    • Get a callback
