Buy nowYour QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's security is our top priority, @mimiohannon. That's why I'm here to make sure you're able to manage your access and account verification when logging into it accordingly.
Two-step verification is an extra layer of security when accessing your QBO account. It's a setting where you need to verify, using a code sent to your mobile phone or email that you're the one accessing your account every time. To turn this off using the same phone number, here's how:

You can learn more about this through this article: Verify your QuickBooks Online account with multi-factor authentication or two-step verification.
Also, to further guide you in managing your QBO account, I'd recommend checking out this article: Account Management. It includes topics about updating billing info, managing your password, and subscription, to name a few.
Keep me posted if you have other concerns about two-step verification and managing user access in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @mimiohannon.
