Yes, you're right, @christopherjhoh.

 

At this time, we aren't able to add a user to give read-only access to any versions or QuickBooks Online plans. If you want to give full access to a user, you can review the changes they've made or transactions created through the Audit Log.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Audit Log from the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the user/s you want to display by clicking on the Filter drop-down, then tap Apply.
  3. Review the changes from there.
