At this time, we aren't able to add a user to give read-only access to any versions or QuickBooks Online plans. If you want to give full access to a user, you can review the changes they've made or transactions created through the Audit Log.
Here's how:
- Select Audit Log from the Gear icon.
- Choose the user/s you want to display by clicking on the Filter drop-down, then tap Apply.
- Review the changes from there.
