You can create a sales order directly from an existing estimate, @NFulton07.

All items from the estimate are copied to that sales order.

Here's how:

  1. Open the estimate that you've created.
  2. Go to the Main tab and click the Create Sales Order button.
  3. On the Create Sales Orders window that appears, check all the information.
  4. Click on Save & Close once you’re done.

See this article for more information: Create a sales order

From here, you can now create an invoice out from that sales order, receive the invoice payment and record it as a bank deposit

Let me know if there's anything that you need. I'm always here to assist. Have a wonderful day!
