You can create a sales order directly from an existing estimate, @NFulton07.
All items from the estimate are copied to that sales order.
Here's how:
- Open the estimate that you've created.
- Go to the Main tab and click the Create Sales Order button.
- On the Create Sales Orders window that appears, check all the information.
- Click on Save & Close once you’re done.

From here, you can now create an invoice out from that sales order, receive the invoice payment and record it as a bank deposit.
