Received this reply after posting a negative review on Trustpilot - looks like QB are still treating our ongoing problems as 'high priority'
Maybe a few more reviews on Trustpilot might make us, their customers, their highest priority

Please know that this is a high priority for us and will continue to be a focus and priority until fully resolved.
