Good Morning Helen,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and providing those screenshots. To protect your information, I went ahead and deleted your first screenshot, but I was able to see your updates. I want to believe that your Critical Fixes (ULIP) didn't install. But no worries, this can be done by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help Tab and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Update Now tab and scroll to Critical Fixes. If the Status says anything else besides "Nothing New Downloaded" go ahead and do those updates. 
  3. Restart the program. 

That should help! However, if the issues continue, let's repair QuickBooks Desktop. I am leaving this resourceful article to assist with this!
