Thank you for reaching out to the Community and providing those screenshots. To protect your information, I went ahead and deleted your first screenshot, but I was able to see your updates. I want to believe that your Critical Fixes (ULIP) didn't install. But no worries, this can be done by following the steps below:
- Go to the Help Tab and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Update Now tab and scroll to Critical Fixes. If the Status says anything else besides "Nothing New Downloaded" go ahead and do those updates.
- Restart the program.
That should help! However, if the issues continue, let's repair QuickBooks Desktop. I am leaving this resourceful article to assist with this!
