Thanks for letting us know about this. I have one last troubleshooting before we report this to our technical support.
You can manually install the update patch outside QuickBooks and see if it makes a difference. See these steps:
- Go to the Downloads & Updates page.
- Choose US for the country.
- Below the survey, click on the standard setup link.
- On the next page, enter your QuickBooks version to update then press Search.
- To download the patch, click the link for Get the latest updates.
- At the bottom once the patch is downloaded completely, wait until it launches automatically. You can also double-click on it to apply the update. See this sample screenshot:
If the same problem happens, we highly recommend contacting our Support Team to help check on this for you. To get our support, follow the steps below:
- On your QuickBooks company file, click the Help menu.
- Tap the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Press Contact us on the pop-up box.
- Click on the Search for Something else button then type your concern in the Ask us anything box.
- Hit Search, then scroll down to get your contact options.
