QuickBooks Time

Hello @cmjames,

 

This error usually occurs when a time entry is locked because it was submitted for a current or future date, or because of approval conflicts.

 

To resolve it, have a manager or admin unapprove or reject the timesheet. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Approvals, choose the report dates and team members, and click Run Report.
  2. To unapprove timesheets, choose Unapprove.
  3. To reject it, click Reject, enter a reason, and click Send.

 

Once the date range is unapproved, you can edit entries and proceed to approve time.
