You can cancel your QuickBooks Desktop subscription while signed in to the CAMPs account associated with it.
Here's how:
- Log in to your CAMPs account. If you're unsure about the account, you can refer to our What is CAMPs and how do I use it? article.
- Choose a QuickBooks Desktop Account you want to modify. In the event you have more than one, your login profile will show you which one's currently selected.
- In the Products & Services area, locate your subscription or service, then click Details.
- Verify this is the product or service you no longer need and hit Cancel Service under the active.
- Press Continue to cancel.
- Select Cancel Now.
If you're within your 60-day money back guarantee period and your product was purchased directly from Intuit, you'll automatically receive a refund for the full purchase price of your subscription. The refund will be received within two weeks.
