I've checked our records and there's no reported case where a customer encounter an error when connecting PayPal to QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you are trying to connect PayPal Cashback Mastercard, we can request support regarding this one. However, PayPal still decides if they want to provide feeds for PayPal Cashback Mastercard to QBO.

However, you can always request support regarding the PayPal Cashback Mastercard service. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking page, then click the Connect account or Link account button.
  2. Search for "PayPal Cashback."
  3. Scroll down, then click the Still can't find your bank? link.
  4. Enter the bank name and the exact link.
  5. Click Request.

 

 

Our Banking team will check with PayPal to work on this service. Alternatively, we can manually import your PayPal Cashback transactions into QuickBooks Online.
