Since the Community is a public forum I recommend you contact our Technical Support Team. Our phone representatives have tools that can pull up and double-check your account in a secure setting.
Here’s how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help menu at the top.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Type Contact Us in the search box. Then, click on Contact Us at the bottom.
- Select the way you wish to connect with support.
