Since you're unsure of the last steps and you're getting an error message, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to review your account on the back end and see why this is occurring. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help (Question mark) icon. 
  2. Click the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's Talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

 

It's that easy.
